Rates follow your organization's total governed actions each month. Each band's rate applies only to the actions inside it, so crossing a line never raises the price of actions already counted.

Team's $99 covers the first 247,500 actions at $0.40 per 1,000. Enterprise contracts take 20% to 35% off these rates. Prices are in US dollars.
The unit
Governed actions
A governed action is one call routed through Oxagen that a rule checked and Oxagen recorded. When an agent asks to push a branch, read a ticket or call a tool, Oxagen checks the mandate, answers the request and writes the record. Oxagen counts and prices your model tokens on the Spend page and does not bill them.

Denials are free, so a stricter rule never costs you more.

Billing terms
Spend cap
Set a monthly cap for your organization or a workspace, then choose whether Oxagen holds new governed actions or keeps going and alerts you.
Spend alerts
Oxagen emails you at half your cap, at 80% of it, and when you reach it.
Runaway credit
Once a year, Oxagen credits up to $500 of a spike from an agent stuck in a loop, when the record shows the loop.
Price lock
Your rates hold for 12 months from signup, and any increase is announced 90 days ahead.
Itemized invoice
Every invoice line names the meter, the count and the rate.
Questions
What is a governed action?
One call routed through Oxagen that a rule checked and Oxagen recorded. Denied calls, retries and reads of your own billing or settings are free.
Do you charge for model tokens?
No. You bring your own model keys, and your provider bills you for tokens. Oxagen counts and prices each model call on the Spend page so you can check it against that bill.
What does the in-app assistant cost?
Nothing on your own model key. On Oxagen's key, it costs the provider's list price plus 20%.
What happens when the starter grant runs out?
Oxagen stops admitting new governed actions. Add a card and choose Team to keep going. Your mandates, rules and records stay in place.
Do I get a new grant for each organization?
No. Each person gets one grant of 5,000 governed actions.
What happens past Team's 247,500 actions?
Your agents keep working, and the extra actions are billed at the rate card on your next invoice. Set a spend cap to hold them instead.
Do unused actions roll over?
No. Team's included actions reset each billing month. On Enterprise, up to one month of unused commitment carries into the renewal.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan has unlimited seats.
What does Enterprise add?
An annual commitment at 20% to 35% off the rate card, invoice billing, a 99.9% uptime commitment, a named support contact, and a dedicated data plane as an add-on.
Does Oxagen run my agents?
No. Your agents run where they run today. Oxagen governs the actions they route through it and keeps the record.
